Update 1.066
New:
- Enabled Hotan Turtle Ferry
- Added 13 new NPCs
- Added a custom quest manager to allow creating advanced quests
- Added 4 new quests
- Added new quest type "party quests". Party quests will only progress if the following conditions are met:
- Party MUST be exp/item share type
- Party MUST contain at least 7/8 members
- Players MUST be relatively close to each other
- Players MUST NOT differ more than 10 level
- Added new quest type: Faction Quests - "Battle of Leagues"
- Server-wide competitive event featuring 3 rival NPCs/factions
- How it works:
- Players choose one of three NPCs to support, joining their league
- All eligible monster kills contribute points to your chosen league
- Only party kills count (must meet standard party quest requirements: 7/8-member party, experience share enabled, level restrictions)
- Cycle Timeline:
- New cycle starts every Saturday at 18:00 (Only this time it will start instantly after this update)
- Recruitment Phase: First 24 hours only - players must join a league during this window
- Competition Phase: Remaining 6 days - kill monsters to contribute points
- Quest Progress can be during Recruitment & Competition Phase, but will be hidden during Recruitment Phase
- Cycle ends the following Saturday at 18:00
- Important: Switching leagues after recruitment phase ends is impossible to prevent strategic exploitation
- Rewards:
- Winning league receives a unique server-wide buff for 3 days
- Each league offers a different buff type
- Results announced immediately after cycle ends
- Top contributors may receive additional individual rewards
- Restrictions:
- Cannot join multiple leagues simultaneously
- Late registration (after 24h window) is not possible
- Leaving a league after recruitment phase counts as forfeit - no rejoining same cycle
- Added 1 new attack pet and adjusted its stats & skills
- (Late) Christmas Event has begun
- Enabled Christmas Soundtracks, Decoration and Snowfall in all towns
- There's a chance of "Snowman" monsters to spawn nearby players during grinding. Snowmans can drop Santa Gift Boxes from which you can obtain prizes
- Added a job cheat protection system
Changes:
- Changed position of Turtle ticket seller NPC
- Overhauled the village north of Hotan
- Overhauled Chang'an East Ferry
- Improved Dead Ravine
- Also Added new mob spawns and adjusted some existing ones
- Updated in-game rules
- Added new icons for lvl 60 vehicle horse and horse summon scroll
- Red-eye Ghost / Dark-eye Ghost now dealing percentual damage based on player's max HP
- Improved skills of Nok'Zul to make him more challenging
- In Togui Village & Xuán Míng Cave, you are unable to attack players who are +/- 8 or more levels around your level. Receiving damage via AOE spells is still possible.
- Xuán Míng Cave allows to use berserk mode now
- Improved animation cancelling prevention system to reduce "clunky" feeling for glaive/spear characters
- Adjusted Karakoram Snow System
- Heavily reduced snow chance at all
- Heavily reduced snow density and reduced chance for medium/heavy snowfall to appear (95% light snowfall, 4% medium snowfall, 1% heavy snowfall)
- Target support does not work on regular monsters any longer
- Updated some error messages
Fixes:
- Fixed several collision errors around Hotan town area (bridges for example)
- Fixed a bug that allowed character's who didn't meet the requirements to stay inside Nok'Zul area within the 30 minutes block period after spawn
- Attribute Assimilation of Alchemic Stones will be displayed correctly in Item Linking and Stall Network now
- Fixed a bug that allowed Dunhang Cave monsters to drop 6dg SoX items (additionally to their 7dg SoX drops)
- Added missing STR bonus to EU female thief suit
- Fixed some duplicated objects in Chang'an
- Fixed white icon bug at Nok'Zul buff skill

- More quests (I couldn't finish everything this update what I planned to do)
- Improving "Battle of Leagues" system
- UI for example
