NEW:
- Added fortress hammer to fortress clerk (in preparation for FW)
CHANGES:
- Level cap has been changed to level 60
- Mastery cap has been changed to 225 (CH) / 120 (EU)
- Enabled Hotan area (Taklamakan excluded)
- Adjusted map to visually close taklamakan area
- Enabled 6th and 7th degree items
- Enabled 75 % speed potions from crates
- 7th degree T3 items have been disabled
FIXES:
- Added missing monster names in filter to prevent "unknown Monster" message in SoX log

- More custom (daily) quests
- New uniques
- New dungeon (containing ways to achieve tablets, cosmetics and other cool stuff)
